Here’s What to Expect

Starting care can feel intimidating, but we make it approachable and human-first. This page answers common questions before your first visit.

How to Begin

To start the care process, please contact the clinic directly.

Our team will help answer initial questions, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance benefits when applicable, and guide you through the next steps.

Before Your First Visit

Before meeting with Dr. Tim, you may be asked to complete intake paperwork electronically or in person. These forms help us better understand your history, current concerns, goals, and care needs.

Completing these forms ahead of time helps make your first visit more focused, productive, and personalized.
